Job Description

The Administrative Director will play a crucial role in ensuring not only Service Level Agreement (SLA) achievements in all operational spaces but also the quality of service delivery. The successful candidate will focus on streamlining processes, enhancing member and provider experiences, and ensuring the scheme's operations contribute to its overall sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Operational Strategy: Align operational strategy with the medical scheme's vision and objectives.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Process Improvement: Monitor and evaluate operational processes, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
  • Grade 12 and Postgraduate general business qualification (NQF level 8)
  • 10-12 years' experience in a senior operations or administrative role in a Healthcare administration organisation.
  • 8 years' senior management within a Healthcare administration organisation.
