Factory Administrator Job Description

RPO Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Factory Administrator to support the smooth operations of our client's manufacturing facility. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and clerical support to various departments, ensuring the efficient execution of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to factory staff, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for factory personnel
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
  • Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in the factory
  • Support during audits and compliance checks
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with HR-related tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in a manufacturing environment is a plus
