Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor stock levels and movement reports to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure all orders are properly authorized and processed according to company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with sales and suppliers.
  • Follow up on overdue orders and resolve queries with stores and internal customers.
  • Process and complete system and manual requisitions.
  • Manage and maintain an approved supplier list and keep a full supplier list, including vendor information, pricing, and quotations.
  • Handle queries on returns and incorrect goods.
Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years purchasing experience.
  • Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain diploma.
  • ISO knowledge.
  • Computer literate.
  • Syspro knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate, understand, read, and write English on all levels.
  • Punctuality.
