Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of investment cases, including financial modeling and due diligence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and regular reports on investment opportunities and portfolio performance.
  • Participate in structuring investment projects and negotiating transaction terms.
  • Coordinate due diligence and prepare legally binding documentation.
  • Support planning and participate in events related to investment opportunities.
Requirements:
  • BCom Degree in Finance or related field, with MBA advantage.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to solve non-standard problems, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • CFA/ACCA/CPA certificates are welcome.
