Job Title: Test Analyst

Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is a leading provider of business management solutions for distributors, suppliers, resellers, wholesalers, and merchants. We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of high-performance systems that enable our customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably, and service competitively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze system specifications to ensure they meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective testing strategies and plans
  • Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement
  • Document testing phases and defects in a clear and concise manner
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a customer-focused role in a Payroll-oriented environment
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Experience in QA methodology, including Agile frameworks and regression testing
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of the Integrity Payroll/ESS Application software or similar
  • Experience in a software support environment or similar
  • Experience in the following: JIRA, Confluence, Cherwell, SQL Syntax
Remuneration:

The salary and package are commensurate with the role and experience.
