We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team at HR Genie. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and implementing effective student counselling programmes and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise site-specific programme and service delivery, including human resources, equipment, and consumables management.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report functions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement programme development and implementation across all sites.
- Provide professional counselling services to university students in accordance with the HPCSAs Scope of Practice for Psychologists.
- Enhance accessibility to services through internal and external community engagement.
- Master's degree in Psychology, preferably with a Doctoral degree.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychologist (Counselling, Clinical, or Educational).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in student counselling, career, and development programmes and services.
