**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will serve as our Financial Manager, overseeing financial accounting and group accounting for multiple entities within our business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our company's success.

Key Duties:

  1. Financial Statement Preparation: You will prepare and submit financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements, for various entities within our group.
  2. Staff Supervision: As part of your role, you will supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  3. Client Liaison: You will communicate effectively with clients regarding invoicing, payment tracking, and other financial matters.
  4. Account Management: You will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring accurate records, and processing transactions in a timely manner.
  5. TAX and VAT Compliance: You will oversee tax and VAT calculations, submissions, and compliance for our entities.
  6. Payroll Administration: With attention to detail and efficiency, you will manage payroll administration for our staff, including both permanent and contract/temp employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/Finance degree (essential)
  • Commercial experience in financial management (advantageous)
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (due to client requirements)

Remuneration Package:

R480,000 - R650,000 annually (salary range) for this stimulating opportunity.
