Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A LLB degree and admission as an attorney.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-articles qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal advising position.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions is an advantage.
