Job Opportunity

Quantum Foods has a career opportunity at its Nova Feeds Factory for a Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will be servicing clients in the Eastern Cape with Gqeberha as preferred town of residence.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and maintain allocated sales budget
  • Structured visits and technical support to customers (mainly ruminant and some monogastric animals)
  • Monitor farm feed quality and handling of complaints
  • Administer sales documents and reports
  • Report functional information
  • Execute Marketing plan implemented by the Sales Manager
Requirements
  • At least 2-4 years' experience in similar position
  • Experience in milking from pasture-based systems would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of pasture management would be advantageous
  • Efficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Good analytical skills to interpret and convey data
  • Team player
  • Ethical conduct and professionalism
  • Prioritize and effective time management
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own reliable transport
