As a Trade Centre Analyst at SGS, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with key accounts, processing inspection requests, and serving as a liaison between SGS and clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in trade and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate SR registration and document preparation.
  • Verify external party information in countries under administration.
  • Analyze Request for Inspection data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Forward documents to the Certification Center for processing.
  • Work closely with the Certification Center for instructions and guidance.
  • Communicate with exporters and/or producers for quality and transaction documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection execution, sampling, testing, etc.
  • Process Doc-It requests and monitor exporter payments.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
