Long Term Insurance Professional

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Long Term Retentions Consultant to join our team. The primary function of this role is to ensure that all cancellation requests are retained by using all tools provided, for example, by offering product benefits, downgrading or reducing cover, and discounts to suit the client's needs.
Key Performance Indicators:
- To retain clients by using all tools provided.
- To reinstate policies as per client's requests, using this opportunity to upsell on the policy, which will contribute to the company's revenue.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience
- Minimum of 1 year sales/retention contact centre experience
