We are seeking a skilled Policy Developer for Social Impact to join our team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain community development policies, working closely with stakeholders to achieve integrated outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement community development policies that drive social impact.
  • Monitor and analyze legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
  • Manage the department's District Development Model sector plan.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public administration).
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in policy development or a related field.
  3. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  4. Ability to compile complex reports and presentations.
