Achieve key performance metrics as defined by the organization. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all FirstRand products, application processes, and timelines to effectively meet sales targets. Ensure compliance with relevant processes and regulations, managing a high volume of straightforward transactions. Stay informed about developments in your area of expertise to enhance your professional knowledge and provide effective support and advice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Investment Management. RE 5 certification. Candidates must undergo a credit record check as per the National Credit Act (NCA). CFP (Postgraduate in Financial Planning) is preferred. All relevant FAIS CAT's (Not under supervision). 3-5 years of experience in Commercial/Business Financial Planning. Membership in FPI or a related professional body. Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans is required.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with 1 to 2 years ideally at an entry-level management position. Proven experience in sales, investment, and risk management. Background in the Financial Services Sector along with the relevant qualifications. Candidates must not be unrehabilitated insolvents. Familiarity with Shariah law, products, and advisory services is advantageous.
