Human Resources Administrator

A well-established international organization with a presence across Southern Africa is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join their team.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both local and global HR projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the coordination and data management of Local and Global HR Projects/Initiatives.
  • Supporting the Head of Finance and HR in all HR and payroll audits.
  • Assisting with internal HR audits, including reviewing systems and personnel files.
  • Maintaining and updating organizational structures, job descriptions, and the employee handbook.
  • Managing personnel files and updating information on Pastel Payroll (including contract renewals, new hires, terminations, and banking details).
  • Ensuring that all HR documentation is up to date, including contracts of employment.
  • Supporting electronic filing and document management on HR SharePoint.
  • Adhering to quality, efficiency, and confidentiality standards in the HR function.
  • Performing any other reasonable tasks as assigned by your direct line manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting a socially responsible corporate culture.
Requirements
  • A relevant diploma or degree with at least 2 years of HR administration experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Knowledge of Pastel Payroll is advantageous.
