Role Overview

The Administrative Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ladysmith office, ensuring efficient and effective administration of resources.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Manage office processes and procedures to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  3. Lead and manage a team of administrative staff to achieve organizational goals.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 plus 3 years relevant tertiary qualification.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • 5 years' administrative experience.
  • 2 years relevant management experience.
  • Understanding and application of basic computer software packages.
