Job Summary
New Germany is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Administrator to join their family-orientated team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Director and play a crucial role in our financial operations.

About the Role
The Financial Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing debtors and creditors, handling collections and reconciling accounts, processing invoicing and administration tasks, operating the reception switchboard, managing clock cards and timekeeping, utilizing Sage Pastel, Excel, Word, and other relevant software, and procuring office supplies and managing general procurement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage debtors and creditors efficiently
  • Handle collections and reconcile accounts accurately
  • Process invoicing and administration tasks timely
  • Operate the reception switchboard professionally
  • Manage clock cards and timekeeping effectively
  • Utilize Sage Pastel, Excel, Word, and other relevant software proficiently
  • Procure office supplies and manage general procurement tasks

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Sage Pastel
  • Strong background in debtors and creditors management
  • Experience in collections, reconciling, and invoicing
  • Proficient in administration and reception duties
  • Skilled in using Excel, Word, and other office software
  • Experience in procurement of office supplies
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Stable, mature-minded, and family-oriented
  • Neat and well-presented
  • Good people skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Dedicated, diligent, and willing to learn our procedures and ethos
  • Must have own reliable transport
