Role Overview

The Fire Prevention and Suppression Team Leader will be responsible for leading fire prevention and suppression efforts, developing and implementing fire prevention and suppression strategies, and ensuring effective communication between teams. As a Fire Prevention and Suppression Team Leader, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety of our clients and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading fire prevention and suppression efforts
• Developing and implementing fire prevention and suppression strategies
• Ensuring effective communication between teams during emergency situations
• Participating in regular training exercises to maintain proficiency in firefighting techniques
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fire prevention and suppression

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent as a minimum qualification
• IFSAC Accreditation and NFPA 1001 Firefighter 2 certification
• At least 5 years of experience in firefighting or a related field
• Valid code C1 driver's license with PrDP
• Advanced driving experience advantageous
• Medically and physically fit
• Strong leadership and communication skills
