About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of digital change initiatives, encompassing process improvement, organizational change management, and technology enablement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • IDentify and analyze business requirements to develop technology solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on digital change initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital transformation role.
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement, organizational change management, and technology enablement.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
