Government and Rental Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Government and Rental Administrator to join our team at Flink Recruitment.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing logistics support and facilitation for NSA's rental vehicles and Government clients. This includes monitoring truck turnaround time, conducting time studies, and submitting work instruction orders to NSA-appointed dealers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor truck turnaround time daily and present results to stakeholders
- Conduct time studies and route cause analysis and countermeasures against failures
- Submit work instruction orders to NSA-appointed dealers and issue orders to NSA's appointed carriers for the delivery of vehicles
- Track all vehicle orders placed by government agencies, rental companies, and/or NSA on the systems or as may be advised by NSA from time to time
- Ensure timeous delivery of vehicles to rental companies and/or dealers by NSA's appointed carrier
- Track all fitments on a daily basis to ensure delivery lead time is met and follow up on PODs for both Government and Rental orders
- Issue a stock requisition to NSA's Parts and Accessories department for all ex-vendor fitments to be done by the ex-vendor suppliers and follow up to ensure timeous delivery and fitment in line with lead time period
- Responsible for arranging the movement of all vehicles to the fitment area or ex-vendor supplier who will be doing the fitment
- Monitor ex-vendor supplier stock on a continuous basis to ensure there is sufficient stock to complete orders and forecasting expected volumes must be communicated to ex-vendor suppliers based on correspondence with NSA's Sales department
- Issue rental vehicle reports to NSA's Sales department, Sales Operations and Support (SOS), and any other departments as may be advised by NSA from time to time twice a week, which reports will set out the status of each vehicle attached to a specific order
- Issue SAPS report on a weekly basis to Sales, SOS, and Management
- Month end sales support
- Grade 12 (or equivalent) with English fluency (Written and spoken)
- Degree/National Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Similar
- 3 years industry experience
- Understanding of the Vehicle supply chain environment advantageous
- MS Office spreadsheets and graphics - strong excel skills
- Must be results driven, accurate, and pay attention to detail
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- No criminal record
