Job Overview

The Financial Processing and Reconciliation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency of accounting processes within Multi Data, managing cash flow, balancing accounts, and overseeing reconciliations with clients. This position requires high-quality standards in financial transactions, accurate transaction processing, and effective cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial processes.
  • Prepare business performance reports, providing management with precise data analysis and communication.
  • Oversee reconciliations, following up with assistants to correct discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
  • Prepare management information systems (MIS) reports, detailing reasons for discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Resolve issues related to unidentified bank deposits, ensuring all funds are correctly accounted for.
  • Handle financial queries from Fintech: Finance, providing accurate and timely responses to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting (advantageous).
  • Appropriate money movement experience/knowledge.
  • Computer literacy (Excel & Word).
