About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Invictus Education Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales success and empowering our sales teams to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the sales team's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain a library of sales content, including sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data to inform sales decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales enablement, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, with a valid driver's license.
