- Build and maintain a library of sales content, including sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.
- Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data to inform sales decisions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and implement sales initiatives that drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement, preferably in an education or youth-focused organization.
- Proven track record of success in sales enablement, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, with a valid driver's license.
