Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from shelves according to order sheets or electronic systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Pack items securely and neatly, adhering to the company's standards and quality control procedures.
• Verify all items are accurately scanned and accounted for before packing, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Label and prepare packages for dispatch or customer collection, prioritizing organization and efficiency.
• Organize stock in the storage area to ensure easy accessibility and efficient picking, promoting a well-stocked environment.
• Collaborate with the stockroom team to maintain an organized and well-stocked environment, fostering teamwork and communication.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products are in excellent condition before packing, upholding quality control standards.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures, prioritizing workplace safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role (picking, packing, or stock handling) is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial for success.
• Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move boxes or items when needed, is a must.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary for collaboration with the stockroom team.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems is preferred for efficient data management.
