Warehouse Associate

As a key member of the Cre8work team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to pick products from shelves according to order sheets or electronic systems, and then pack them securely and neatly, adhering to the company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from shelves accurately and efficiently.
• Pack items securely and neatly, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Verify all items are accurately scanned and accounted for before packing.
• Label and prepare packages for dispatch or customer collection.
• Organize stock in the storage area to facilitate easy accessibility and efficient picking.
• Collaborate with the stockroom team to maintain a well-organized and well-stocked environment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products are in excellent condition before packing.
• Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role (picking, packing, or stock handling) is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move boxes or items when needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (preferred).
