We are Worxs4U, a multi-national company seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of arranging in-house training.

Job Description
We require an experienced Training Coordinator to oversee the identification and assessment of employee training needs. Key responsibilities include compiling and presenting information, implementing appraisal schemes, identifying training opportunities, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring quality assurance of training and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a matric certificate, at least 2 years of experience coordinating training, and a degree or similar qualification in the field or HR. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans. The ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively is also crucial.
