We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Corporate Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Oracle EBS solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Your key responsibilities will include developing roadmaps for migrating legacy EBS systems to Oracle Cloud or hybrid models, designing integrations between EBS and third-party systems, and configuring and optimizing Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.

You will also be responsible for implementing Financials, Procurement, and Inventory Management, and architecting solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP Cloud, and OCI services. In addition, you will ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations, and design security frameworks for role-based access, data encryption, and audit trails.

Requirements:
  1. 8+ years in Oracle EBS implementation/architecture (HR & ERP modules)
  2. 3+ years in cloud architecture (OCI, AWS, Azure)
  3. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
