Job Summary

The Restaurant Operations Leader will oversee all food production in our restaurants, conferences, banqueting, room service, and other food outlets. This includes developing menus, ordering ingredients, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and costing menus to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high-quality food production
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and recipe development
  • Collaborating with the hotel management to ensure seamless integration of food services with overall hospitality goals
Requirements
  • Matriculation or higher educational qualification in culinary arts
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a 4/5-star environment
  • Able to create and cost menus, as well as recipes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to delegate effectively
