The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting trainer-led training sessions in a blended classroom environment, using prescribed vendor-related content to ensure successful completion and delivery of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting training sessions for delegates
  • Maintaining certifications relevant to specific subject matter
  • Liaising with Business Unit Managers and assisting Sales teams on subject matter-related queries

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or higher
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional

We require 3-5 years' workplace experience in IT/Service Desk/Governance/Security/Enterprise Architecture, along with specific certifications including ITIL 4 Foundation, Create, Deliver & Support, Drive Stakeholder Value, and High Velocity IT.
