The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking valuation performance, ensuring assessments meet quality standards, and providing guidance to stakeholders. Additionally, they will track individual and team performance, comply with service level agreements, and provide feedback on application decisions based on our risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track valuation volumes and turnaround times to optimize efficiency
  • Evaluate assessments for validity and quality, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Offer support and guidance to stakeholders to minimize rework and improve decision-making
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role within the financial services industry
  • SAP Ariba experience is highly desirable
  • NQF Level 5 or higher in a financial or banking-related field is essential
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
  • Banking procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
Salary Range

R 350,000 - R 450,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
