The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit risk modelling, portfolio reporting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Credit Risk Modelling Team – Supervise the development and maintenance of credit risk models.
  2. Portfolio Reporting – Design and implement dashboards/templates to track credit portfolio performance.
  3. Credit Risk Pricing – Develop and maintain pricing models for credit margin pricing and model inputs.
  4. Country & Sovereign Risk Analysis – Analyze and maintain risk ratings, limits, and policies.
  5. Team Leadership – Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or related field.
  2. Experience : 6-8 years in credit data management within financial services, ideally in an analytical/credit lab setting.
  3. Technical Skills : Expertise in SQL, Power BI, SAS, SSAS, and experience with credit models (PD, LGD, EAD, Scorecards).
  4. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in credit risk analysis and leadership.
