Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum) and additional related courses/qualifications as an advantage.
  • At least 8-10 years' experience in a similar management role within the motor industry.
  • Solid technical knowledge and understanding.
  • Experience in motor part sales.
  • Proven track record in managing profit & loss, balance sheet, and associated financial responsibilities.
  • Understanding of procurement and ISO 9001/45001 or relevant quality management systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with stock management and sales/customer interaction.

Salary Estimate: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level.
