Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services, a strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews, assessments, and selection processes;
  • Managing the onboarding and orientation process for new employees;
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues;
  • Addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner;
  • Promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution;
  • Developing and implementing performance management systems and processes;
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews;
  • Identifying opportunities for employee development and career advancement;
  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Coordinating employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online learning opportunities;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices;
  • Preparing and filing reports required by regulatory agencies;
  • Promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization;
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale;
  • Organizing company events, activities, and initiatives to foster a sense of community and teamwork;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 20 years of progressive experience in human resources management;
  • FMCG sector experience is non-negotiable.
