Duties & Responsibilities- Planning, executing, and overseeing client assignments and projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Aligning strategically with Partners/Directors on projects, providing solutions within and outside the realms of accounting, auditing, tax, and advisory services.
- Conducting operational and financial audits, identifying business process risks, and documenting evaluation results.
- Developing recommendations and reports based on audits, presenting ideas to senior management and stakeholders.
- Achieving team and individual performance objectives, managing project financials, including budgets, WIPS, timely billing, and variance recognition.
- Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members, allocating resources according to skills and schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements, contributing to revenue growth opportunities by recognizing potential opportunities and advising clients on supplementary products or services.
