Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager/Telemarketer to join our team. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales persona with a proven track record in generating new leads and nurturing client relationships. Primary tools include Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, pivotal in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- We need you to utilize Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate new leads for our agency.
- You will initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media, building rapport quickly and efficiently.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on lead generation activities and outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- You must have at least 5 years of proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in using Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation is essential.
- You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
- You should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment, with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is required.
