Job Description:
Scatec is seeking a skilled Technical Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of the project development team, you will be responsible for managing engineering resources, producing technical deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery of these deliverables to the Business Development Managers (BDMs).

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading renewable energy company and contribute to our mission of improving our future through sustainable energy solutions. As a Technical Development Manager, you will work closely with the Engineering and Business Development functions to provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
- Leading Product Engineering Workstreams between DG0 and DG3
- Collecting, reviewing, and filing/organizing all technical project information
- Preparing preliminary design documentation for submission of indicative offers (DG1-1.5)
- Documenting technical inputs, assumptions, design decisions, and technical risks identified during the technical development and design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of general engineering experience; or technical project management experience; or equivalent project engineering experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and project reporting
- Experience with Utility Scale PV/Wind Project execution, developed and executed under Project Finance structures
