Job Title: Foreclosures Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to represent clients in all stages of the foreclosure process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and extensive experience handling foreclosure cases.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conducting legal research and drafting documents related to foreclosure proceedings
  • Representing clients in mediation and negotiation with lenders to find alternatives to foreclosure
  • Filing and defending against foreclosure lawsuits in court
  • Advising clients on their legal rights and options related to foreclosure

**Qualifications:**
• LLB/LLM or relevant tertiary qualifications
• Admitted Attorney
• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on foreclosures
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to foreclosure proceedings
