Job Role: TUV and VAS Administrator

This role involves providing operational support to our Mobile, Retail, Stakeholders team nationally and assisting the Value-Added Services department with back-end systems administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TUV Sales Reporting: Ensure that sales figures related to all current and potential Value-added services are recorded accurately and timeously.
  • VAS Transactions: Report on TUV sales including VAS services (airtime, data, electricity, DSTV etc.) related to all stores, branches, and VAS transactions through Kazang promo devices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: In Call Centre/Customer Service and Marketing fields, as well as Administration.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), results-driven, excellent administration skills, excellent listening skills, excellent reporting skills, and understanding of betting platforms.
