Job Title:

Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role:

The Recruitment Council is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the visual and user-experience elements of digital products through research, testing, planning, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Conceptualization: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, using Brand CI and data to drive innovative design decisions.
  • Customer Experience Mapping: Lead the implementation of techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Customer Needs/Experience Research: Conduct research and analyze data to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations.
  • Product and Solution Development: Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs, selecting the best approaches within established systems.
  • Internal Client Relationship Management: Manage and build effective relationships with internal clients, providing high-quality professional services to support business strategies and plans.
  • Improvement / Innovation: Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures. Develop and implement change management plans with guidance from project/program managers.
  • Customer Experiences Implementation: Support the implementation of customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including testing.
  • Personal Capability Building: Act as a subject matter expert, maintaining external accreditations and staying informed on current and emerging industry best practices and regulations through professional development.
