Key Responsibilities:- Visit customers to assist with problem-solving and identify opportunities for our products.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Oversee manufacturing of products in our workshop and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained and improved.
- Prepare quotations for customers and understand and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for customers and log opportunities and trip reports in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and sales, with experience in manufacturing, chemical, mining, and steel/aluminum industries. You will be able to effectively communicate at all levels, be fully computer literate, and have a driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
Travel Requirements: Visit customers locally, as well as limited travel to Mozambique and West Africa.
