Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other data as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-matric qualification preferred, supported by 5 years of sales experience.
  • Previous sales experience in the Western Cape region is advantageous.
  • A proven track record of achievement in sales roles, including strong closing skills and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and retain product information and apply it to present features and benefits to customers.
  • Knowledge of the lift truck industry is desirable.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
