Main Responsibilities- Manage the office environment effectively, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Administer daily office tasks efficiently.
- Distribute internal and external correspondence in a timely manner.
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- At least one year of experience as a Receptionist or Typist.
- Familiarity with basic computer software packages.
- Ability to manage the front desk area.
Salary: Level 5 (R.00) plus benefits per annum.
