  • Contact life companies to chase and expedite transfers in progress.
  • Understand specific transfer requirements for various life companies.
  • Expedite unit transfers with competitor unit trust management companies.
  • Create requirement checklists for investors and financial advisors.
  • Take full responsibility and ownership of the transfer process from start to finish.
  • Prepopulate and prepare client packs of documentation, and assist financial advisors and assistants as needed.
  • Manage inbound calls from financial advisors and their assistants.
  • Provide training and support to financial advisors and assistants on transfer processes.
  • Submit, track, and provide feedback to sales consultants, financial advisors, and assistants on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the flow of work with advisor liaison consultants and sales consultants.
  • Identify trends and raise them with FNZ on a continuous basis.
  • Maintain agreed-upon turnaround times for administrative tasks.
Requirements:

A business or commercial degree with related industry experience is essential.
