We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Netsurit. Based in Pretoria, this role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to deliver high-end technical support services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive and reactive technical support for network infrastructure, including design, implementation, and maintenance of client projects.
- Conduct infrastructure security analysis and reporting to ensure optimal system performance and security.
- Design and implement client documentation and policies to meet business needs.
- Manage incidents, problems, and service requests, applying change management where necessary.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT & Networking environments, with formal IT qualifications and Microsoft certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and growing within the Netsurit team.
- Proven ability to work effectively onsite with clients, based at a client location for a minimum of 1 year.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional technical support services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a good general understanding of the ITIL Framework and ITSM Systems, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V/VMWare, and TCP/IP Networking protocols.
What We Offer:- A competitive estimated salary of R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
