As a Unified Endpoint Management Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance tasks, resolving incident tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of Linux servers and Windows servers. You will also work closely with the team to provide technical support and troubleshooting services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience with Unified Endpoint Management software tools.">
  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem management).">
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux Servers and/or Windows Servers.">
  • Experience with Windows Client OS, GPO, and patch management.">
  • Experience with cloud technologies and cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Services).">
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, etc.).">
  • Experience with monitoring solutions (SCOM, Dynatrace, Site24/7, etc.).">
  • Knowledge of SQL (MS, Oracle, etc.).">
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.">
  • A university degree or diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering, sciences) or equivalent qualification/experience.">
  • Experience with VIP and end-user support.">
