Job DescriptionThis Sales Performance Manager role involves achieving sales objectives within product range or assigned districts. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Calls-Presentations: Present product information, quotations, and proposals to existing and potential customers.
- Proposal Development: Prepare formal written proposals, coordinating with the Distribution organization to ensure effective communication.
- Sales Goals: Collaborate with management to develop business plans and achievable sales goals.
- Margin Development: Consult with Manager on setting margins for deviations from guidelines.
- Written Communication: Maintain accurate reports to track inquiries, quotes, and bids status.
- National Diploma/ Bachelors (Desirable)
Flexible working arrangements, including 50% travel.
- Adhering to values and principles
- Coping with pressure and setbacks
- Deciding and Initiating action
- Delivering Results and meeting customer expectations
