Role OverviewThe Care Team Lead will play a vital role in providing ongoing support, guidance, and training to our carer team, ensuring they are motivated and empowered to deliver compassionate care at all times. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to make a meaningful impact and lead a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the carer team to deliver outstanding physical, social, and emotional support to all residents.
- Ensure care plans are properly executed and charted on our online internal system.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, reporting any non-compliance to the Carer Manager.
- Conduct probation assessments and ensure performance documentation is completed and submitted timeously.
- Address disciplinary issues by investigating incidents, logging them with HR, and issuing necessary outcomes in accordance with our guidelines.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A monthly salary of R 18,000 (Cost to Company) based on qualifications, experience, and market-related factors.
