Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Solutions Designer to join our team in SA. As a key member of our Commercial & Industrial division, you will play a vital role in shaping our technical solutions for new and existing mining customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Draft and review project definition reports, focusing on the technical aspects.
  • Ensure scope of work aligns with customer requirements, articulating technical and business information to internal and external clients.
  • Internal product training and support for sales teams, ensuring technical understanding and successful engagement.
  • Obtain and approve quotes from subcontractors, managing costs and scope.
  • Product costing, audits, and change management to minimize rework and ensure timely delivery.
  • Represent Mining and C&I interests in PPG sessions, driving innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a directly related area, with established technical analysis rapport as a professional.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing conversations, navigating complex data trends, and understanding end-to-end requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to aggregate different technology platforms.
  • Innovator, able to uncover problems and clearly articulate solutions.
  • Maturity, committed to excellence, and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
