As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful campaigns across various media channels. Your exceptional portfolio should showcase your expertise in creating compelling visual content that meets client objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that drive business results and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and strategists to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Present your creative visions to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition of each campaign.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and design to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally and develop their skills.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas that challenge conventional thinking.
  • Ensure all creative work meets the highest standards of quality and exceeds client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director in a reputable advertising agency.
  • A proven track record of award-winning work, showcasing strong conceptual and visual skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • An excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A passion for creativity and innovation.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
