The Talent Barn is a dynamic organization seeking an Artistic Visionary to drive our creative team forward. As Senior Visual Strategist, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for our artistic endeavors, collaborating closely with our Creative Director.

With a focus on innovation and excellence, you'll inspire and motivate our team to produce their best work. Your expertise in art direction, copywriting, and brand development will be essential in shaping impactful campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you'll require 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity, along with a proven track record of delivering results-driven creative solutions. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively will also be crucial.

We're offering a salary of $125,000 per annum for this position, which includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow professionally.
