About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced administrative support professional to join our team as a corporate secretary.
- As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing multiple professionals' practice, including diary management, answering telephone calls, and tracking messages.
Main Responsibilities:
- Formatting legal documents
- Incorporating amendments to documents
- Capturing timesheets for multiple professionals
- Preparing resource and client files
- Preparing pre-bills and billing memos (sending same to clients)
- Managing debtors with the accounts department and clients

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 plus years' experience as a secretary in a corporate law firm
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programmes, more specifically MS Word
- Basic knowledge on Aderant Expert (CMS) accounting system would be advantageous
- Knowledge of FileSite would be advantageous
