Meondoholdings is seeking a highly skilled Department Operations Head to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage client locations and employees working in those areas, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform site visits and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Set deadlines and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Resolve employee issues and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee operational activities, including planning, directing, organizing, and controlling all production processes.
  • Schedule work and provide overall account management, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Screen and hire job applicants, conduct interviews, and perform orientations to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Solve problems and address concerns that may arise, providing solutions and implementing changes as needed.
  • Handle client complaints, concerns, or questions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and prepare management work assignments, ensuring clear expectations and goals are set.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and provide training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Treat confidential information responsibly and complete work to a high standard.
  • Attend work regularly, consistently, and punctually, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Supervisory and management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of portable loo operations, equipment, and consumable supplies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Total understanding of laws and regulations governing the industry.
  • Excellent customer service principles and practices, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and accurately follow through on work activities with time constraints and interruptions.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and calmness under pressure, with a professional image and demeanor.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to work respectfully with staff, managers, executives, and others.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
